Having been involved in manpower related businesses for almost four decades, SIS Group has been deeply engaged in development of standards, creation of training infrastructure, mobilisation of employable - unskilled youth, development of training content, assessment methods and delivery of training. Leveraging, its experience in the space, SIS Group has in the recent years ventured into vocational training as an independent business venture through Security Skills Council of India and Shaksham Bharat Skills.

SIS Group has started a new initiative in vocational training as independent business through Saksham Bharat Skills Limited, which has been set up to harness India’s demographic dividend by skilling the youth which form almost 52% of the country’s current population. Saksham Bharat Skills engages with individuals / institutes and partners to “enhance employability” through relevant modular courses in multiple high growth sectors which will open routes of progression leading to employment and self employment. Saksham Bharat Skills also engages in developing standards and industry validated content which is delivered through a process of independent assessments and quality assurance. The certification is in collaboration with credible national and international organizations.

We recently signed an MOU with DET International and TAFE NSW, Australia for transfer of select qualification and the quality processes to deliver internationally benchmarked skills.
